Holistic Harmony with Mary Lynn

Introduction: I focus mainly on Therapeutic Massages. I am a licensed Massage Therapist with additional certifications in Hot stone, Myofascial release, and Reflexology. I have worked in many different settings from a spa to a Chiropractors office helping their patients. I am also have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Holistic Medicine and 200 hr Yoga certification which gives me a better understanding of the human body, and what helps to improve all around wellness physically. I am also certified Reiki level 2 which helps to enhance my other modalities. I love helped people to achieve all around wellness, mentally physically and spiritually. I strongly believe in the power of touch and energy, and enjoy sharing it with others.
