About this pro
Daniel and Anthony did a great job moving us into our new apartment. They provided professional, quality service, and they were helpful with every aspect of the move. We had them unload an additional truck that was filled from a storage unit because of extenuating circumstances, and they did so quickly and effectively. Shawn also provided great customer service, and ensured that our move was successful and of the highest quality.Jun 25, 2018Verified
We had a bad experience with this company. They came early but the truck broke down right in front of our driveway. They charged way more than we expected. It was not until the moment we were paying (they only accepted cash) that we were notified we needed to pay their way to and from us at the same hourly rate when they were literally working. So we paid one extra hour for that. We don't mind paying that but we were annoyed that we were not informed of that even once during our entire communication. A few of our items were broken when we checked after they left, such as the keyboard panel and our piano panel.Jun 24, 2018Verified

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Check their reviews, make sure they don't use temps. Some company's overload their books and end up using temps. You pull the bad straw, you might have a bad move.
