- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both come from the restaurant industry and have just a ridiculous amount of customer service experience between the two of us. So we decided to utilize what we've learned, specifically behind the bar, and take advantage of this niche that needs to be filled. We decided to start Free Pour after we worked a private birthday party for one of our regulars. We instantly fell in love with the control we had over ourselves and the opportunity to work with some really energetic and eclectic groups of people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've been fortunate enough to already have worked a decent number of events. We've worked with other business to help launch a new startup of theirs, we've worked with brides & grooms, brides & brides, grooms & grooms. Large families, small families, dispensaries, official organizations... and the list goes on.
