What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual Coaching Packages: Free discovery session 3-Month Package * One 90-minute intro & goal-setting session * Five 50-minute sessions, biweekly * One free pass to FMTV 90-day access ($20 value)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a time to do a free discovery session. If after that, we decide to work together, we schedule the six sessions in the 12-week package. In the 90-minute intro & goal-setting session, we have time to go through the big picture view of what's working and what's not. You will decide on where you want to be by the end of the 3-month package. In each session, you'll review what is going well and what you'd like to work on. You'll typically decide on three action steps. If you'd like, you can do a between-session email check-in to report on how things are going. You are the boss!
