Kim took some family pictures for us. She was prompt, enthusiastic, completely prepared, had phenomenal and creative ideas for photos to be posed. She was fun, easy to relate to, professional and turned out the most awesome quality & unique photos; we were blown away with the finished product. I wanted to have some portraits made with my 4 dogs, but didn't know who could possibly capture the love and playfulness of each individual. My reasonable pricing depends on the project, whether it's writing, editing, or photography.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an in-person meeting or a phone conversation in order to get to know the client, their unique needs, and communication preferences. I love the initial interaction that enables me to tailor my services to exceed their expectations! We then agree on the project's timing, ongoing check points as needed, and payment terms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography: Multiple workshops through Santa Fe Photography Workshops and Illuminations, including Portrait Lighting on Location, as well as online portrait courses. Writing & Editing: Background in journalism, multi-media communications, project and operations management includes 15+ years of business, technical, academic and creative writing, beta reading, proofreading, website development, coaching and editing. I am a proud member of the Rocky Mountain Women Writers and the Christian PEN Editors' Network.
