I was mountain biking and tore my calf. The problem was exacerbated by my strenuous oil field job. I had two months of bed rest but still couldn't walk. James Lujan systematically a dressed my weaknesses, not just my leg. He indroduced different techniques as I improved. He is a master of weights and intricate understanding of the human anatomy which allowed me to continously break through the "plateau effect". In a relatively short amount of time I have full mobility, I've lost 65 lbs , and have surpassed my goals several times. James Lujan is my trainer for life.

I had a great workout with James this weekend. James was highly knowledgeable and a great teacher/motivator. I am not a stranger to the gym and yet James pushed me harder than I have been pushed in years. Overall excellent trainer. I will be heading back soon.

i had a great time working out with James. he knows how to get results and how to make workouts fun. James introduced me to new exercises and arranged the workouts so i got the best bang for my buck. after just a few weeks i could see a big improvement in my muscle mass!

James training was superb. Not only did he teach me in great detail of what exercises I was doing, but why I was doing them. He's extremely knowledgeable and aided me in getting closer to my goal of bikini bodybuilding competition for masters. James is very approachable and makes each workout challenging and fun (believe it or not...the fun part). No matter what your goal is, I would highly recommend James as your Personal Trainer.
