- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a free consultation to find out more about each other, i.e. goals, injuries, support system, family, hobbies. Then we would assess how they move with an overhead squat, noticing tight/weak muscles, and finally if we find that we are a good match for each other, design and prescribe a workout program tailored to them and provide nutrition advise that will help them achieve their goals the fastest and safest way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated the National Personal Training Institute Colorado with honors, recieved my National certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association with continuing education in tactucal training
