- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really depends on what you want to do. Our group classes work like a punch card and offer the greatest flexibility. Private training depends on the number of sessions and whether the training is at our facility or your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers typically will call the store to discuss goals and learn more about what we do. If group classes are the objective, new clients will come to either a Free Orientation, or an Evaluation with a trainer. Private training will begin with an overview and background, followed a training plan and instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers have been collectively training dogs for over 50 yrs. Three of our trainers have been accredited with the CPDT-KA title. Another trainer has over 20 years of experience training service dogs, and yet another trainer has been teaching and competing in agility for nearly five years. We love what we do, and we're dedicated to ongoing education in the field.
