- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of service the client is looking for. I do try to set up a flat rate whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to set up a phone interview first to make sure I know exactly what the client is looking for. That is the best way for me to determine likes, dislikes, dietary restrictions and an overall theme. I then present them with a sample menu that we can adjust if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at The Grange in England, but am mostly self taught. I have an enormous passion for growing food as well and always try to incorporate my backyard goodies when I can.
