FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Unfortunately I can not provide a standard price because I use a wide range of individuals that work with me. Being an interior designer you build relationships with the people you work with. I simply won't be able to provide the price information upfront without a physical showing of the site because I trust my own measurements and my workers' have gotten on my case about this. So please look at it as I sign of solving an issue and when you are ready to meet give me a call and I can come out with my contractor, handymen, installers, etc. to give you a better estimate of price. Thank you so much for understanding!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally I moved out here to go to school from my hometown in New Jersey. I was a college student in the art and design of architectures and took a few business law classes too. Well I had to pay for schooling so I went out and tried to get jobs, but they weren't coming... so I decided to sit at a restaurant for my weekends on my laptop designing on my blender 3D program and make my dream home. It was a Sunday afternoon and I sat at a booth and ordered a water and was met by a kind face asking me what I do exactly. I told him I am just on my third year of my major which I covered earlier. I also said I'm looking for a job in my field and can not for anything find one!! I needed to pay off my loans. He said well I can give you a friends number whose hiring for a blind and interior decorator position it seems to be up your alley. I called the next day and he said I had to come into his office in Beverly Hills. Okay, so I'm thinking what kind of job is this?I went on to his office asked him for an hourly wage of $20, of course told him my dilemma I worked just as an installer for an interior designer and he took me under his wing and showed me the ropes. What I was expected to do. I soon started asking questions and the safety measures I had to follow and I soon became his assistant on almost every job! It was great to see the work that I could possibly do with homes and I finished my school and continued working with him. I soon realized that I had the potential to be on his level and decided to leave. I found myself as an interior designer through the contacts I had made with many companies and that I had plenty of work here. I found out I'm extremely good in matching like color pallets and designs of the contemporary style in many cultures. I have a sense of style in my self and others and when it comes to cool gadgets like for example home automation or audio video appliances I know the best in the business. 10 years ago I didn't think I would be helping build comfort and confidence in homes from the foundation up and around! Now it's turned into my passion to see the smiles and hear the compliments of how a house can turn into a home and how a life can be changed just by knowing the right people.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well in my experiences in this field if you want someone to pick great furniture and dress your windows to give that finished look and pick a paint color palette for you, I can be that guy! Also if you are looking for additional services or want to find the right people for the job for a discounted price. Please just give me a call or get ahold of me here and I can get you the best of the best to get the job done right the first time.
