I gave him my debit card to reserve the shuttle. He never charged it. The day of my event, someone stole my credit card and drained my account and it was too late to get a hold of my bank. This guy became a thug and would not take the guests home. Frankly, I was scared of him and he demanded my address and was very accusatory - acting like I did this on purpose. He had the opportunity to charge my card when I gave it to him. He said he got busy and forgot. Then, after holding the event guests for 30 minutes and making me feel physically intimidated, he agreed to take a check from me and basically told me that if it bounced, he'd come looking for me. This is not a businessman, this is a thug. Professional people deal with disputes like this through litigation and courts - or they could be a decent, civil human being and be reasonable. This guy had me very scared. I'm still in shock over his behavior.
