FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All clients are unique, so I make sure to tailor my offerings to each individual request. The original quote I send you is based on a basic package which I highlight in detail upon quoting. If you ever want to discuss alternative options that could potentially reduce the cost or if you're thinking of adding on additional services or traveling a little outside of the city, I'm very flexible and would love to discuss options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The quote that I send to you is based off the basic information provided in your request! Once you respond, I inquire about additional details such as location ideas, style preferences, and any specifics related to your requested session or event. For events and weddings, I love scheduling an in-person meeting whenever possible to get to know each other and talk about details in depth! That way we are both confident knowing that my work and style will satisfy your requirements. In addition, i you aren't exactly sure on some details like locations, timing, etc. I always provide recommendations as needed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding a photographer can be tricky! Sometimes it is hard to know by looking at a summarized online profile whether that person will meet your needs - especially for important events in your life. I encourage a client to try and define their own style and go from there! Knowing how you want your photos to look will help narrow down your photographer - styles are pretty apparent when you start looking into various companies! Always click through to websites or other social media platforms to determine if their general photographic style is in line with your vision. Equally as important is a photographer's personality, particularly for sessions lasting longer than an hour! Get to know your options and if they all have the same style, choose based on who you feel more comfortable talking to.
