- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is completely customizable according to business size, number of transactions, enthusiasm, and Friendliness. Our customers come from all different size ranges which means that our pricing is structured so that it is affordable for everybody.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take an in depth look at where they have been and what their goals are for the next few years. Then the plan is structured around that 3-5 year plan to make sure we are following the correct path to get them there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have advanced business degrees with EAs and CPAs on staff.
