- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overall our rates are very fair. I think the most important factor is that we do not up-charge during an emergency. Our rates stay the same regardless of when we are called in to work. Also, there are times we give a window of arrival which is typically based on an estimated time of completion from the previous job however things happen and it's hard to account for unforeseen issues that may delay the arrival time. To offset any inconvenience we offer discounts accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer the discuss the problem they are experiencing offering a quote based on the issue at hand. When we arrive on site we thoroughly assess the situation so we know exactly what is going on and what it will take to properly repair it. We then relay that information to the customer and go from there. We try to keep the process very simple so the problem can be fixed as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers have over 40 combined years of experience. Each have worked under a master plumber from the beginning.
