- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I'll stick to my quote, I reserve the right to make small adjustments if there are details that are left our when your request is entered or if items/details change after my quote is submitted. More than happy to discuss any questions or issues, just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get to know my client and to truly understand what they are looking for. The majority of the time, they are looking to capture a moment or a series of moments to help document and cherish certain periods of their lives. My customers want genuine images that accurately capture their emotions and personalities. In order to capture a customer's personality and desired feel for their images, we communicate and share ideas. It can be a lengthy process at times, but it helps me connect with the image that customers have in their heads.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught with a combination of online courses and collaborating with some of Denver's top photographers.
