We needed outdoor Christmas lights put up(completed cause the previous guy took the money and never came back to complete the job) we were in a bit of a pickle. He showed up on time, he was responsive, got the job done! Prices were a little high but we needed the help and negotiated the price down a bit.

Michael and I have been lining up this work for a few weeks. We set a date. I tried to confirm with him the day before and he just vanished like a ghost. Unresponsive to any form of communication. I’m disappointed that I wasted 3 weeks of my time.

I was very pleased with the work done by Rose Family Services. The treadmill that I wanted moved was heavier than I thought. It had to be moved from the second floor of one house to the basement of my house and then move my old treadmill out. They never complained about the access nor the weight. I'm sure they weren't expecting it to be this difficult a job. They were very professional and I was very pleased with their hard work. I also had a couple of other items that needed to be hauled away and they gladly did it.
