William is exactly who we needed, an experienced expert local craftsman we will happily rely on in the future. Our issue was that the previous owners of our condo installed a dishwasher and then put hardwood flooring in that made it impossible to get the dishwasher out, so when our dishwasher broke, we needed someone to pull up the flooring, remove the dishwasher, and replace the hardwood. He picked up immediately when we called and was friendly and direct, and he was able to come to our place the next day to do an estimate. He took one look at the situation and told us exactly what we needed to do and how much it would cost, and he was available the next day for the project! He did the work quickly and well, and the finished product looks beautiful. He also helped make this easier for the next homeowner by measuring the dimensions for the dishwasher opening before he left so we can keep it documented for the next dishwasher replacement. We're very glad we found William!

William and his crew had two weeks between when we bought our house and we needed to move in to replace and refinish our old beat up floors. Our house is old and even though several odd things came up William worked with us to get the work within the budget and timeframe. He even came back to finish a bit of floor that our carpet installer was supposed to cover and didn't.

The Papyrus team just did a full floor refinish for us on our kitchen and other areas on same level after a water leak in kitchen damaged some of the floor. Matched our other floors with same stain color and look without knowing what was color was on floor s that were not being done. They did a high quality job for us. Would strongly recommend them for any size job.
