He was very quick to respond and a nice man. He quoted me $140 for our part of the duplex and the garage. He said he would be done in about 45 minutes!! GREAT!! I agreed to that.
He didn’t seem to have the proper equipment to clean gutters on a two story home. (No extendable ladder?) he didn’t have a broom to clean up the leaves and asked to borrow mine. I expected a hand clean out of the gutters before using the power wash equipment. To me it would have been an easier process and a lot faster if he had. He had to leave after about 30-40 minutes for a break and to get gas for his power washer. He seemed to have issues with his equipment too. I’m not sure if it was freezing, as it was only 30° outside.
After 2 hours and twenty minutes he still had one side of the garage to do but didn’t realize it. I told him to just call it and I’d pay less and finish myself which includes cleanup.
Like I said, nice man but I won’t hire again.
