Angelo, Krav Maga

Introduction: I teach Krav Maga with a no nonsense approach. You will learn the tools necessary to defend yourself in a variety of situations and against a variety of different attackers...using ferocity and intensity that your attacker cannot match. You will learn footwork and movement, striking with hands, elbows, knees and kicks. Integral to the curriculum will also be defenses against chokes and grabs, bear hugs, take down attempts etc. Additionally, you will learn defenses against attackers with guns, knives, sticks and a variety of other weapons. I’ve been training and teaching Krav Maga for nearly 5 years now. I have a Phase C Krav Maga coaching certification from Fit to Fight Krav Maga in North Carolina, coaching certification in Krav from Next Level in Denver and a Muay Thai coaching certification from Ajarn Buck Grant’s Muay Thai University. In addition to Krav I have been training in MMA and Jiu Jitsu for nearly 7 years. I love the idea of providing people with solutions to potentially life threatening scenarios. What we do is not a sport, it’s life and death and you will learn how to react accordingly and without hesitation. I have taken students from zero experience and zero confidence in their ability to protect themselves to total badasses. There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing stories of my students defending themselves using their Krav Maga skills
