Kaitlyn is fantastic! She's passionate about providing a manageable, feel-good lifestyle change through balanced nutrition. She's able to explain things in an easy to understand way and her meal plans are very adoptable to my on-the-go lifestyle. Thank you Kaitlyn, for sharing your talents and expertise to help my body function to its full potential!Feb 17, 2018
Kaitlyn was a wonder to work with. She is easy to talk to and well educated on the subject with incredible insight. I have had arthritis most of my life and she was able to pinpoint ways I can improve my overall health and comfort through nutrition. I am also a vegetarian and she tailored my experience to match. I can not recommend her enough!Feb 11, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer free nutritional consultations. It allows you to tell me about yourself and your goals while allowing me to tell you how I can best help. If you want to move forward, the next sessions will $50 each. However, if you refer a friend and they become my client, I'm happy to offer you a free session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Nutrition -All consultations are free and can be done in person or over the phone. During this consultation, I encourage clients to tell me what brought them in and what goals they have for themselves. From there, I explain how I can best help. If the client would like to move forward, we establish goals, I provide some paperwork and we schedule the next session. Yoga -Through messages (email, text or Thumbtack), I work with the client to determine what they are looking for out of a yoga practice (flexibility, relaxation, meditation, workout, etc) and then we schedule the first session. I travel to clients homes but if you would be more comfortable meeting in a studio setting, I can arrange it. I will arrive at the time of our session, take a moment or two to set up and then we will get started.
