Nicole is entirely friendly via phone, and was always pleasant when she did communicate. She helped me out with a quick edit of my resume for a career fair the following day, which was very kind of her. However, a 7 day project drew out to 10 days with no explanation. After two attempts to reach out after the deadline for the project had passed, there was no response at all. I've missed more than a week's worth of application time, which is valuable when you are out of work. I have chosen to hire another professional due to lack of communication.
