- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you make the decision of hiring our company we will get you set up in our system with an account. Once that occurs you will receive a text message confirming your appointment date, time, and status of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We ensure every technician is factory trained before allowing him/her to work on your appliance. We offer brand direct training which allows technicians to attend training directly from a manufacturer on how their products work and can be repaired.
