- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is to meet with a new client in person so I can understand your wants and needs. Then we work together to formulate a plan that accomplishes the sale or purchase of a home within the timeframe outlined in our plan. Then entire process is focused on educating clients on how the process works every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience in technology, software, and medical equipment. This experience has taught me how to work with many different types of people to a successful outcome. I have been selling real estate for four years and know that everything I learned in my other professions led me to do this job well. Customer service is my main focus.
