My fees are competitive with the industry. As a buyer, you don't pay me, the seller does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet with a new client in person so I can understand your wants and needs. Then we work together to formulate a plan that accomplishes the sale or purchase of a home within the timeframe outlined in our plan. Then entire process is focused on educating clients on how the process works every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience in technology, software, and medical equipment. This experience has taught me how to work with many different types of people to a successful outcome. I have been selling real estate for four years and know that everything I learned in my other professions led me to do this job well. Customer service is my main focus.
