- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first objective is to obtain a thorough understanding of the customer's scope pertaining to their project needs. Once we know exactly what the customer wants, we are then able to remain within the scope of their ideal work and provide them value by finishing the work exactly to their wants, needs, and budget!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of experience in residential repair, including but not limited to; Roofing contracting, general home maintenance, painting, hardware store and home repair shop management
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a little boy I spent my summers working on the family farm, repairing machinery, buildings, and other projects necessary to keep the farm operational. My father spent time opening the 'do-it-yourself' books which definitely built a foundation to become a 'handy man'. My work experience has involved general contract work including roofing, handyman, landscape, maintenance, and many more!
