- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing contingent on size of job, materials needed, type of materials used, pick up and haul away of new and used carpet, stairs, furniture moves etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to measure the job first before quoting prices. Oftentimes, customers are not aware of what all is entailed in quoting an accurate price and giving quotes site unseen is difficult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing carpet installation, repairs and restretches for over 20 years. I stay up on all the trends as much as possible.
