I am within a few weeks of my 75th birthday and, by this point in my life, have hired quite a few people to do various jobs. To the best of memory, the experience I had yesterday with Greg was the best experience I have had with anyone I have hired. While I explained to him before he bid the job that the grass in the backyard had not been mowed for about six weeks, it was in considerably worse condition than he expected, with an abundance of high grass and other organic debris which needed to be taken to a dumping site in order to be disposed of in an environmentally-sound way. Although the dumping fee alone would have cost him more than his original estimate, he did not increase the amount he was charging us. Moreover, since he has expertise in tree-cutting, he also trimmed some dead tree limbs at no extra charge and was extremely nice to our two young grandsons. Based on his outstanding service, I voluntarily paid him considerably more than he had bid and give him my highest recommendation. Frank T.
