- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing what you see is what you get. We are not saying that we are the cheapest, or that every move is created equal, but we are saying that our pricing is upfront with NO HIDDEN FEES or last minute surprises.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Actually I think most importantly is to "go with your gut". If you feel uneasy at at any point of the process as it relates to pricing, a company not willing to provide you with their documentation, or really anything at all you should continue shopping. There are a lot of great companies in the Denver Area and you should feel confident with your moving company.
