- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment plans are available for both 12 and 6-week programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first invite you to a Discovery Session where we talk about want you really want out of your life and what might be stopping you or holding you back. This is when we both decide if we are a good fit for each other, because working with a coach isn't as cookie cutter as hiring a someone to rake your leaves - yes, you want the work done but because we are working TOGETHER we need to get along well. This makes the experience better for both of us. Once we have decided we are a good fit, I will gather payment information, we will schedule our first call and I will send you a welcome email package where we will both sign an agreement for the given program. From there, we're off! And the transformative work begins!
