My water heater shut off and i wanted it checked out. Tony was the first guy to reach out to me. In one screen shot he found several problems from a previous install done by another company before we purchased our apartment. He came over and quoted me for the cost of replacing and correcting the issues. He also gave me options. A new part for my crappy water heater plus installation was going to be slightly less than a brand new one installed of a much higher quality. I went with the new hot water heater. He got it installed next day in about an hour! He communicated the whole time through phone calls and text. He was always available and he was EXTREMELY professional! He broke down everything and explained why it was needed. A true professional in his field. I highly recommend.

I provided the water heater, Tony did a quote over the phone based on pictures I provided. He did want to install a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank for 300 more because my psi was 90, over the 80 psi limit. Required if purchasing from them optional if providing your own heater, a warranty issue I suppose. The "max working pressure" on the rating label is 140 so I chose not to do it. Previous 12 year Kenmore heater lasted 17 years before it rusted out and started leaking, it was rated for 150 psi. Perhaps I'll regret it in the future, IDK. Chris came to do the work, very professional, efficient with quality workmanship. Also I need to do the permit work which is ok to avoid additional processing fees others charge. Charges per item installed, EVERY ITEM so if you need major overhaul of valves, smoke stack, water or gas pipes, etc expect to pay more, I didn't. Otherwise price is competitive compared to other quotes I received.
