We were replacing an internal operations platform and David was the technology lead and I was one of the business leads on the project. Going well beyond the basic system replacement, we partnered together to create a roadmap for the creation and evolution of new tools to support not only the internal customers, but also to provide valuable tools and services to our external customers. David's ability to blend business understanding and needs with technology enabled him to guide the vision so that we could maximize the impact of the project on the business by creating a platform from which we could create an entirely new business model. I strive to see the situation and world through your eyes. I take extra time to reflect back what I hear and understand until you are satisfied we are connected implicitly. Then together we add value where you need it most.
