I have hourly, daily and weekly rates in addition to fixed pricing options
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always begins with listening. I listen to who you are, what you have done and what you are planning to do, and the environment in which you will do it. I strive to see the situation and world through your eyes. I take extra time to reflect back what I hear and understand until you are satisfied we are connected implicitly. Then together we add value where you need it most.

I have been learning to empower others who drive strategic change and operational excellence, in private, public and non-profit organizations for twenty years.
