- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Meal Delivery starts at $17/meal with a 10 meal minimum/delivery Culinary Classes are $175 for a 2 hour lesson Drop Off/Event/Corporate Catering very much depends on the type of food you want and for how many guests. We are happy to give you a detailed quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
E-mail, Facebook Messenger, Phone, Text, whatever is the client's preference. We communicate every step of the way! Contact us and give us an idea of what you want. We'll tell you how we can customize for your needs. We send out a quote. You approve the quote and we ask for a down payment. We'll verify your guest count and check for any last minute changes (1 week prior to your event). Balance is due on or before the event. Event goes off without a hitch.You become another satisfied customer :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Jason has a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. Jason has worked at The Bedford Village Inn in Bedford, NH and Michael Timothy's (now MT's) in Nashua, NH and currently cooks at the Tupelo Music Hall in Derry, NH and will be opening City Moose Cafe in Nashua come ~March 2018.
