- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KJ Personal Training offers several options for Personal Training Personal Training -30 Minute Sessions ($20 per session) -60 Minute Sessions ($40 per session) Partner Training -30 and 60 Minute Sessions- Add $10 per person Program Design -$50 (includes fitness evaluation) ***A travel charge of $10 will be included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the initial visit, I will conduct a fitness evaluation which will focus on diet, lifestyle habits, sleep habits, functional strength and flexibility, 7-site body fat % (optional), short term goals, long term goals, injuries, and contraindications to exercise. If the customer would like to move forward with training, I will take this information and create an exercise routine that is tailored specifically to fit this individual's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Applied Health Fitness from Plymouth State University. I also am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, which is considered to be the Gold Standard of personal training certifications in the fitness industry. I currently work in the Outpatient Department for both adult and pediatrics at the Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network, where I have had the opportunity to work with post operative patients in physical therapy, as well as running the Pulmonary disease and Parkinson's disease maintenance groups.
