Adam did a fantastic job on the hardwood at a reasonable price. He's very flexible and easy to work with. I wanted to take care of ripping out the carpet and disposing it myself, and he adjusted the hardwood installation cost accordingly. He takes care to make sure that everything looks right, including how the hardwood transitions to other parts of your house, how it looks along the edges, and the general layout of the hardwood itself. If you're planning on installing hardwood flooring, I would strongly recommend Royal Property Solutions

Adam did a phenomenal job on my bathroom flooring. I had wood laminate from the previous owner (photo included as a before) and we installed a porcelain wood grain tile (photo included as an after). He worked with me graciously, as I wanted to purchase all of the material (had a gift card) and he wrote out exactly what I needed to get. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and the value of the work is superb. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for flooring jobs and if I have any more that come up in the future I will definitely be hiring him again.

Adams team did an amazing job, we are extremely happy. We had a bathroom floor re-tiled and we also added a baseboard. Adam was so easy to communicate with and always showed up when he said he would. Would highly recommend. Payment option was extremely convenient and easy to use!!! A++++
