- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently have a standard fee in place of 30 $ for coming to the home. Each pet is priced depending on his or her need and difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple customer profile paper is completed to ensure the safety of both the animal and the groomers. The more we know about your dog/cat, the better the grooming experience will be for them. Current shot and vaccine records are required before grooming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for 15 years. I was certified, originally, through PetSmart as a groomer and a dog trainer and then grooming certificate from Petco. I, also received my grooming certificate through the Animal Behavioral College. I am animal CPR certified. I am a certified to evaluate dogs for CGC testing for service, therapy dog training. Deb I am a certified dog/cat groomer through Penn Foster Career College. and completed my intern with MacRae Park Animal Hospital Grooming. Sue
