John, in my opinion, has a broad knowledge in computer technology and is adept at handling many computer issues. He has helped us to facilitate many tasks and is always thinking outside the box on ways to improve things. He communicates well, continues to keep our systems running smoothly and has gone above and beyond for us. John is always very professional, is prompt in returning our calls or responding to our emails and is proficient in resolving our computer problems, concerns and/or requests quickly.
