I was really unsure about how much value I could really get from hiring a personal trainer and if it was worth the cost but Marwan came highly recommended from my co-worker so I decided to give it a shot. Marwan was concerned about my fitness from the inside out so not only did he help create a plan that focused on my body/weight goals but also on my overall health. Aside from him really knowing his stuff and being passionate about it, he was super helpful in keeping me motivated when I was ready to give up. He asked me upfront “do you want me to push you to your limits to ensure you reach your goals” and that is exactly what he does, use his passion, skills, and knowledge to push you to reach your goals. I recommend V.I.P Exclusive Training to anyone who is serious about reaching their body goals but skeptical about the value of a personal trainer. I have reached my body goals (with hard work and dedication) and I know I couldn’t have done it without the help of Marwan knowing the right exercises, diets, and supplements needed to achieve these goals.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. This guy is the real deal. No fluff and B.S. Get's you the results you want and actually help develop your mind and confidence. I love Marwan's workouts and his personality. I will continue to let my friends and family know about him.
