Very clean work done - I asked for a quote on building a website along with hosting and SEO and she went all out to make sure I understood how to take care of my Wordpress site by sending me a very neat manual guide after the project was completed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a per project basis with the occasional contract for the web maintenance and SEO projects. All Thumbtack customers get a 20% discount off my mentioned rates on my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love learning about new ideas and concepts, so even if I have completed a project in the same industry previously I still ask questions then LISTEN to better understand YOUR goals for your business. I require a deposit to initiate a project with a new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a college education in Web Design and have over 6 years experience with designing ideas for startup businesses along with an Online Certification in Search Engine Optimization. I am continually updating my training on the latest software, technology and best practices.
