Silver Wisdom Yoga, Melinda, has helped many of us beginners and advance yoga students to participate on a regular basis with the enjoyable way of helping and explaining the purpose of the practice.
I have found her style to be an essential and beneficial in helping many of us gain confidence and engage in practicing yoga on a more regular basis which can be powerful and transforming experience.
I am honored to be part of Melinda’s classes and to be part of her training that moves our heart, mind and soul. In my experience, her Yoga training has strengthening of my total health and wellness knowledge. I found Melinda’s training to be very effective and enjoyable way of helping me to assimilate even more difficult exercising and making them relevant to my life style.

Melinda is a wonderful teacher and mentor. Her classes are terrific and I find her encouragement and personality meaningful and spiritual. I highly recommend her to you. Frankly, she is the best!
