- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 for writing a resume if you use ThumbTack (due to high commission fee). If you find my profile, you can email me at phoebearchibald @ outlook.com and I will only charge $60 for a resume. I also offer cover letter writing, LinkedIn Profile upgrades/creation, and a myriad of other writing services that have special pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typical work remote through email and phone consultation. My turnover for a resume is usually between 24-48 hours depending on complexity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of North Texas in Denton Texas. It is one of the highest rated schools for a Technical Writing degree. I basically got a degree in resume writing :)
