I normally do not leave reviews but I feel obligated to let people know about ALL the amazing work that Tommy has accomplished in my home and the level of professionalism he had through out the entire process. The first time I hired Tommy (with DMR), it was to install granite counter tops in my kitchen. I called him over a weekend and he was at my home
to do measurements that Monday morning at the exact time he said he would be there. He was very polite quick, knowledgeable and he answered all "200" of my questions. He emailed me an estimate that same day, called to make sure I received it and asked if I had any questions (that is something that rarely happens with sub-contractors). The next day I approved the estimate and paid the deposit. He met me at the granite supplier warehouse to choose my slab (s) and was back at my house that afternoon to do templates and pick up my sink and faucet. Unfortunately, I had not purchased the sink & faucet yet so he offered to meet me at the fixture store to help me pick them out. He gave me great tips and advice while we were there. On that Thursday he removed my old countertops, sink and faucet and installed my new beautiful granite counter tops, sink and faucet. I was so pleased with how prompt, respectful and generous Tommy was. And I was so amazed at how perfect it all turned out that I ended up hiring Tommy to do several other projects. Over the span of about two years, Tommy has done the tile in my bathroom, installed my new washer and dryer, removed and installed new bedroom doors, installed new pocket lights in my kitchen, put up new ceiling fans throughout my home, removed the back porch deck ramp & completely rebuilt it, pressure washed my house, set up the cable, TV, blu ray and surround sound system in my living room and set up my computer and home network system. Currently he is designing custom bunk beds for the girls bedroom and will be building their tree house this summer. Tommy is very smart and resourceful as you can see. He is a very hard worker and has always been honest and up front with me. I have to say- he is the all around-greatest sub-contractor I have ever hired and I'm so glad to have found him.
