Introduction: I have more than a decade of experience helping people learn to swim. I swam competitively for 15 years (age 7 through graduating college). I coached a swim team for 4 years, and volunteered as a coach for 6 years. I have 4 years experience teaching swim lessons to children ages 3 - 18 at a variety of age levels, from children afraid of the water to those who wanted for advanced skills development.
I love helping people learn how to swim. I think swimming is a skill everyone should have and I enjoy helping children and adults alike feel more safe and comfortable in the water.

Sarah helped me improve my form and my endurance for all types of swimming. She was very patient and enthusiastic during my training. If I had the opportunity to work with her again, I would absolutely take the opportunity. I miss our sessions.
