- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price will range due to difficulty of the Job. If it’s an easier Job than I assumed you will receive a discounted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Talk to them over phone or text message and get a full understanding of what they need done. Assure them that I will complete the job for them. Then set up a date and time to get it done.
