I started training at HPI with Trevor for about a month now. This has been a great experience! Everyone at the gym is professional, informative, and caring. I believe HPI has already helped me incredibly! Working out here has become a great habit added into my schedule. All trainers make specific workout plans for each time their clients come in. Each of the workouts my trainer makes is specifically made to push me to improve. When joining, I had an idea of what I would like to improve, but I have learned so much more about different muscles, how to strengthen, stretch, and prevent injuries. I would recommend HPI facility for anyone who is interested in improving their workout plans.

Trever is great! He pushes himself to the limit and understands what it takes to reach goals. He uses his experience and knowledge to create personalized workouts, motivate his clients, and foster a fun and positive environment. My biggest goal is to gain strength and I’ve been happy with the results since I started at HPI. Trever encourages me to push myself and continue to reach and set higher goals. Some days I’m tired or sore but Trever helps me stay positive and makes adjustments to get me past my limitations. He keeps the workouts challenging and interesting so I don’t get bored and I look forward to my training sessions.

Trever worked hard to design a program that met my needs. He was always willing to adjust and support based on how my body was responding. Trever is easy to work with and always puts in 100%. He has a high level of knowledge about muscle groups and what exercises will give you the results you’re shooting for. Would highly recommend.
