Chelsea holds a bootcamp located at the Iron Den on Thursday evenings and it is an awesome workout for one hour. She will be adding Saturdays this coming week and I can't wait to get this great workout twice a week! She knows exactly how to motivate us! She is helping others change their lives in a very positive and healthier way!
