What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule the first meeting face to face with client. If the work is with a computer and it can't be resolved at the customer house or place of business the computer will come back to my shop for repairs. Most repairs take 24 to 48 hours or less. Some issues require parts replacement, which can take up to 7 to 10 business days. Website design is similar I meet with the client first meeting to discuss all aspects of business and what they would like to see on the internet. 2nd step is design, 3rd overview, 4 training, and 5 go live.

30 plus years experience of computer service repair. 20 plus years experience with website design and marketing.

All my current customers are owners of small businesses. Several of my customers I also perform their Computer Service work. I have several residential customers that I service computers for.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a complete website overhaul for South Union Missionary Baptist Church, here in Houston TX. I had several meetings with their media department and the complete project took about 2 months to final go live. I talk the church's media group how to manage the website from the backend and answered all questions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure you contractor knows what you want and see if they have done this task before.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Be mindful of timelines as most of my delays fall on the customer, waiting on content or approvals. It can put a project in a pending hold state for long periods of time.
