- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have standard pricing. I have to come out and measure first, to get an accurate quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet first and measure the job. I then get a pice back to them in a few days. Once a price is agreed to, I ask for 1/2 deposit of the job to purchase the material. Then I come out and install and collect the remaining half at the end. I try to keep things as simple as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the trade of woodworking for 25 yrs
