- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I work in 4 hour block shifts. 35 an hour flat fee or 25 an and 20% gratuity
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always speak with them by phone first to get exactly what they want and make sure I can give that to them. Then a meeting to see the place and how we will set up and what all is needed. Then next the day of the event set up, serve and work the bar and then break down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the head bartender at a Marriott hotel and 30 yrs of bartending in many different type of venues. Bars, clubs, restaurants, catering and I run wine tasting for liquor store, benefits and grocery stores.
