Rob did an excellent job fixing lifting carpet tiles in our office setting. He was easy to work with, flexible, and completed the project in a timely fashion. Rob also went above and beyond to ensure we won't have future issues with the carpet tiles lifting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it really depends, sometimes there are occasions that a standard price won't fit the bill, so I adjust accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out exactly what they have in mind and what will the new flooring be used for, so I can advise them on what would work best for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well besides hands on training i did attend the jatc apprenticeship program in the Union for flooring and I completed my apprenticeship and became a journey man mechanic
