FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client and event is different and individualized. Some clients need specific help because they are diabetic or gluten-free and those things require more attention. Then some events are simply a dinner party for four adults and are priced accordingly. My prices are competitive but please know, I do use locally sourced, sustainable and organic ingredients when available and that means they may be a little more expensive but it also means the quality and nutritional value will be exceptional, with the best and freshest flavors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You schedule a consultation. This is where we will take an in-depth look at what we can do for you personally and map out the next steps. You fill out a detailed questionnaire. This helps us understand your preferences. Depending on the next step - we plan a menu (or other service) based on your preferences, and give you options to choose from based on the questionnaire. If you choose to move forward, we schedule a trial cook date. If you like the food, you can subscribe to our weekly service (Limited space available).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
