Introduction: This business was started as a way to raise money to aid our non-profit with funding. Each time a trip is booked proceeds go to Communities in Action (CIA) - The Vision which is dedicated to addressing hunger, health, and quality of life by serving those in need. CIA provides a vital bridge between the sources of food supplies and places it directly into the hands of families and individuals who need it. Whether it's distributing food or serving the community through various outreach programs such as health and wellness, mentoring, tutoring, sports, music, art, dance, and more. CIA's time to serve the people is now.
CIA serves approximately 3000 individuals per month. We serve the homeless every week and the community as well. Our goal is to find a home office for CIA to secure a place to meet the needs of the communities. We are also in need of a box truck to ensure enough space for food and supplies.
Becoming a wedding officiant has been one of the most rewarding positions in my life. Meeting couples that feel such a connection to one another that they want to commit to a life time is an awesome experience. Knowing that I had a part in their new journey of marriage is a gratifying experience.
Spending time talking to my clients has been wonderful. I honestly enjoy talking with my clients. Learning their likes and dislikes helps so much in creating the perfect wedding and/or vacation. Discussing the many destinations available to them whether it's a destination wedding, anniversary, church event, family or class reunion, or a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
