Phoenix Fitness facility is top notch. Trainer Royce L. Claflin is a talented, knowledgeable and in -tune with all of his clients needs and goals. Along with his extensive certifications and his qualifications he is a master stretch therapist. You will not be disappointed in his group class sessions or personal training/programming.

I have a bad lower back and shoulder problems. If someone had told me 14 months ago I'd be on the cusp of Squatting and Deadlifting twice my bodyweight I'd have told them they were nuts. For me it's all about correct form. Not only with lifts but in daily life. Royce has the knowledge and expertise to not only explain correct form but show me. I am doing things in fitness now that I never thought would be possible for me. Thank you Coach!
